AS you want total feedback ,it is decent school following ICSE curriculum

but not all parents gave positive reviews

Hi Sakshi,

Thanks for update. Can you please help me decide on TSMS school as compared to following schools in Noida (Khaitan / Kothari / Amity Noida / Genesis / Shiv Nadar). I would just need your personal opinion in school ranking based on child personal attention in school / academics / overall development etc.?

I know everybody would gave different opinions and there would be divided opinions on the same. I would like to know if there are any other parents who are actually in situation where they got call on TSMS and they have some insights to share on this Forum?

Hi Nippun

We had secured admission at the school last year for our ward. School overall is okay. But if you start comparing it to the infrastructure etc. offered by other neighbouring schools, including the likes of Genesis, Kothari, Amity, they are way below the mark. The campus is relatively smaller and hence the situation. 

At the same time, I must admit that the interaction with the Principal was extremely pleasing and very comforting, which actually led us to contemplate admission. Feedback from friends who have their wards admitted to the school has been very good - but yes, that's limited to the quality of education - sports may not be up to the mark just yet due to limitation on the space available. 

We did not pursue for various other reasons at that point - nothing to do with the school. 

We've applied to the school again, and have been called for an interaction.

I have also received good feedback about school overall but not that great in infrastructure and sports as compared to the yearly fees they have for child. Although, fees is not deciding factor for me as of now, a bit extra for quality education in today's environment is what I look forward to for my child.

I give more stress on Student Teacher Ratio (heard, its nearly 30 students in each class with 2 teachers in every class) and also on quality education which would help in overall development. I have heard from few of the parents that TSMS actually pay a bit less attention towards academics, is that TRUE? Rather, it focuses on more practical aspects, as it follows ICSE?

I have heard that Shiv Nadar is follows draw for lots and not parents interaction, is that TRUE? Should I wait for Shiv Nadar as TSMS is asking to deposit in next 2 days?

I would also encourage other parents who are interested in Shriram Millennium School or have views on school to participate in discussions and spread the word on the School best and improvement areas. I would like to hear more on the Shriram Millennium school?

Nippun - like Sakshi said, it may be worth it to block the seat. Reg less attention to academics and more on practical, weightage would be almost the same. Genesis definitely a better option on all counts. SN has limited seats and admissions haven't opened yet. So that's a challenge and a lot of parents would be waiting to apply.
