Birth certificate query

Mam can u advice me i have my surname recorded wd my maidens name and not wd my in laws surname. Will it effect the admission process,i mean will school creates problem wd surname issue. Or its mendatory to be changed. Secondly il all school are going to ask a original birth certificate at the time of filling admission forms. How many birth certificate copies should we hold

Normally the child name should be printed on B.C ,Keep Min 5 original copy handy .you can get them at nominal cost from the issuing authority
