Except 285 Schools on DDA land out of 1700 schools under DOE schools have autonomy to formulate point system

See last year point system for reference ( Point system/Criteria date is mentioned in doe Guidelines )

Plz spesifybthe point for distance and my niece is girl and first child any point for that

At present Govt has announced admission schedule for 1400 schools only. These schools will be free to decide the criteria and its points for admission but they can't adopt any criteria from a list of 51 criterion which the government had abolished last year. The criteria and points will be uploaded by the schools in its school portal and also be available for public viewing under the menu "Admission Criteria 2017-18" in the DOE website. Schools may start uploading anytime from now until 1.1.2017. 

There are 285 schools build on DDA land given on lease condition and Govt. will come out with separate guidelines and schedule for them shortly.

DOE said that separate guidelines and schedule for 285 schools on DDA land given on lease condition will be announced later and the above schedule is not applicable for the list of 285 schools listed in guidelines.
These 285 schools have a lease agreement that the school shall not refuse admission to the resident of the locality or the society shall undertake to admit 75% of the students of the neighborhood or from the locality in which the school is located. But Govt has hinted that those 285 schools will therefore follow distance criteria which the govt. will make clear shortly.

Yes Clause 14 of the circular clearly states that separate guidelines will be issued shortly for those 285 schools , rest of the schools are likely to follow criteria more or less similar to last year.
