Is there a strict upper age limit criteria?

Hi,

I stay in Dwarka. The circular mentions ager criteria of 3+ on 31st March, 2017. But is there also an upper age limit that child should be less than 4 years to be eligible for nursery?

No upper age cut off as per doe guidelines, even 4 + can apply in nursery.
