Can anyone please help help me the certificate required by the school attested by SDM for first child.

Also, the same needs to be on Notary or A4 Size paper. Can the same be used for other schools as well or original is required to fill form.

Sdm affidavit for faps only
Rest get simple notary affidavit as many schools will ask for notary original at the time of applying.

Thank you so much Sakshi for the same.

Just wanted to confirm that notary original certificate will be required at the time of admission of form submission also. In that case can i get few notary certificate made in advance.
