Aadhaar ID of Child - Is it mandatory?

Hi,
A lot of schools have asked for Aadhaar ID of child in the online form. Is it mandatory to provide?
e.g.
Hans Raj Model School, Punjabi Bagh
Kulachi Hans Raj Model School, Ashok Vihar
Bal Bharati Public School,Pusa Road
Darbari Lal DAV Model School, Shalimar Bagh
Darbari Lal DAV Model School, Pitampura

Please let me know urgently...the Domicile certificate has to be in the name of either parent or the child?

Hi Tarang this is not a compulsory info. In some schools they ask you to put NA. Registration is shown complete. Meanwhile you can enroll your child for Adhar and at the time of document verification show them the number. It takes 10 days to get aadhar number. For some schools I am writing enrollment number where the field accepts it mentioning it's enrollment number. Hope this helps. But for me this is the only way out.
