Switch from Sachdeva to Other School

I have selected last year Sachdeva Global School as i was left with any other choices.

But i am not completely satisfied with there teaching pattern so should i go for another school this year and if yes what are the much better options i have?

Hello Prince.... My son is in Nirmal Bhartia. They have 30-32 kids in each section with 2 teachers. So the teacher student ratio is 1:15

Hi Prince, BTW welcome back this year too. I'm too not at all satisfied with Sachdeva and its teaching curriculum they cover each letter of alphabet in just 3 days which in my opinion is not best. I would also suggest that don't go for Nursery again as that will be full year addition to each stage of child study in future but that's just a suggestion do what you think is best for your kid.

Do you have any School option to change in your mind as of now?

Hi Jayant,

I had discussion with parents and have there reviews and all of them suggested to repeat nursery as to make your child's base strong. We remember we started going to school at age of 5 and that is actually the ideal age.

No point in pressurizing the child at small age.

Apart from Scahdeva i am preferring ITL, BGS, N K Bagrodia sec 4 , Nirmal Bharti is good one but fees is like 1.8Lac too high.

@Prince Nirmal Bhartia fees is less from class 1 as for Nursery and KG as they have 2 teachers per section. from class 1 their fee is around 1.3 lac approx

Please don't go for NK Bagrodia, feedback is not good. I Know many kids who are in class 2 & 3.

Are you referring NK Bagrodia sec 4, i know sec 17 one was not good.

And any feedback for sachdeva from 1st onwards.

@Prince NK Bagrodia sector 17 is global school. I am talking about sec 4 only. There are many kids in our society who goes to NK Bagrodia sec 4 and NK Bagrodia Global sec 17, so based on the feedback of parent and what I have observed don't go for that school. Rest you are best to decide what's good for your kid

Last year 2 kids from our society got admission (KG) in Indraprastha easily.

Mount carmel is also good but they take test. One of my acquaintance kid cleared written exam last year.

Sorry I don't know anyone who's kid is in Sachdeva :(

Hi Prince, Yeah no point in putting undue pressure on Child. However its the way whole education system is setup currently; a change as a guideline from government should make minimum age from 3 to 4 or 5 so that the whole system and further education streamlines itself accordingly.

Any feedback on Sachdeva on other activities from 1st apart from studies like sports etc..?

ITL , I've heard a good one though I have also been hearing that many old and good faculty has been leaving school since last couple of years. It has a swimming pool and I personally like school campus (just like old schools and not more like a hotel). I missed this last year by a whisker.

Hi Jayant,

ITL is my first choice this year also, it is a very good school, if we talk about Sachdeva it is really good in other activities like Dance, Music, Sports in higher classes. I have been in contact with parents who have shifted there kids from other schools to sachdeva because of all these activities and they are really overall satisfied. This is also the reason i am not much concerned this year. Will go for four to five schools else will continue with Sachdeva. As i still feel School plays half of the part and half of the part will be played by parents as kids grow up.

Might be we parents can unite and go to school and make our point.

They have started with cursive letters in nursery which is no point to start from three year kid and on top of that they mentioned they want to cover tough part first complete non sense.
