Note:- After entering the above mandatory information, press “GET OTP” button.Then you will get a "One Time Password" (OTP) on your registered mobile number.
Enter the OTP in the space provided and then press Delete button to delete your existing Registration/Application Form. After deletion, the existing registration number shall be invalid for the admission process.
After successfully deleting the existing Registration/Application Form, you can register afresh and fill up new Application Form carefully.
