Single Child/Girl Child Affidavir

Is some schools there is still point system to give points for single girl child. Does it would require to get an notorised affidavit or self attested affidavit using e-stamp is enough ?

If they ask for Affidavit then you should get notified by Notary Public else self attested (stamp paper not required) by both parents will do.
