They are a linguistic minority school and have autonomy regarding admission process.

I know for sure that some minority schools are adhering to the NEW schedule like St Paul and Sadhu Vasvani. Probably authorities in Sardar Patel need more time for declaring the final list after closure of the registration process as they follow a strict and rigorous scrutiny of all the claims made in the applications by calling the short listed applicants . Just for the record St Anthony is also following the ORIGINAL schedule.

Even Mount Carmel is following the new schedule but the minority schools have autonomy by HC most of the other sought after schools minority have not extended the dates ( so if the y wish they can extend but no boundation on them after getting autonomy from HC)
