Violation of High Court decision in DPS Dwarka declared first list

I am surprised to see that DPS dwarka has declared first list of successful candidates giving weightage to neighbourhood criteria. Is this not the violation of High Court decision of abolishion of neighbourhood criteria. The school should give chance to all persons in the draw. Should we raise this issue with DPS dwarka?

Dont think this would make a difference ...courts gave school a free hand to decide the parameters

Pls get few things clear first:

1. DPS dwarka has not declared any list of successful candidates as of now.

2. High Court has not abolished the neighbourhood criteria.High Court has put a stay on the notification of DOE dated 19 Dec 2016. Pls read the notification for further clarity.

3. This stay means that the schools will continue to follow the procedure which was followed before the notification was issued.

I just checked their website. There is only a list of registered candidates for document verification. No list of selected candidates is out yet
