but the last date of form submission is 19th...will they not accept the form later. have not yet filled it

Hi Paresh

Mostly it's personal details of father and mother. Other than that there were simple questions like expectations from school, why FAS etc. Two more questions that I can remember were what suggestion you would like to give to FAS and what are your views on secularism. Hope you got some flavor of type of questions. 

My advise for anyone who wants to apply for FAS would be that you copy those questions in a word document when you login for the first time and prepare answers for those in that word document. Once your answers are ready, login again and paste those answers in online form. This trick helped me a lot because there is a session time limit and surprisingly you don't get a error message for timeout. You just can't submit the form if your session is timeout while you are thinking and typing answers.
