registration shows error in FAS

"An error occurred while reading from the store provider's data reader. See the inner exception for details."

please help wahtwe cwn doe for the registration in FAS

keep refreshing captcha and click submit. One random attempt it will be successful

trying since 10:00 AM ... no luck... tried it in chrome and firefox...technical support guy says that you will get a confirmation later.... there is some technical issue and development team is working on that.

after a lot of struggle , I was able to get application form submitted. my suggestion would be to keep hitting SUBMIT button until you succeed
