The same has happened to me also....I think that is there system problem...Also if you notice the answer filled in the question are not coming in sequence as they have been answered...

So what should we do ? Should we correct it by Pen ? or just submit the form as it is.

I guess this has been corrected by system now. PDF is correctly generated for this case at least :)

Same problem is still coming!

I logged in and click on Print Form.. still getting the wrong answer

Are you talking about point 19 in form or questions and answer section ? Point 19 has been corrected by school ...if you are asking about the different questions they asked to answer..yes we have some issue ..one question is repeated twice ..

In my case also it was same, I filled the form at home and saved as PDF file with the help of PDF creator( As I don't have a print device at home).

when I came to office I logged into the Portal again with  the credentials received via SMS and then taken the print out , now it is perfect.
