Hello All,
Govt can take strong actions only for EWS category but no control on school fees for normal category.
In fact Govt should bear the expenses of every child in Delhi like other countries for primary school fees .Now -a-days school is a business with exponential profits..Here primary education is so expensive .Govt should make some checks on schools for same. They are just doing everything for EWS and not for other children as the expenses of EWS is goimg to increase the burden on normal category parents.
there was a CM in bihar ( his is alive but not CM now)called laloo prasad yadav. (i am referring in for his one good stand). once private transport union had gone in strike aginst the road tax. the stand of CM was that if you people do not want to run do so. but do not even park your vehicle in govt road. i will make your vehicles sprouted .
the moral of story
govt amended the constitution and there is no question of not obeying the rules by any individual or group of people. this act is dishonor to constitution of India.
it is weak govt which comes under presure of strike.
i urge to govt since education is right now ,make is emergence services. no strike or deadlock. if school owner threatening govt for shut down ( first of all now these are not gurukool , these are industries so these school shuting is jakal hound, they will never do this) govt should imposed ESMA. or take over.
i m somewhat surprised that these private schools were set up to give hands on to Government schools and was to show social causes for development of society. I want to highlight that from last 5-7yrs the outlook of these private school have been totally changed. I am surprised to see the fee structures of these schools, each parent has to spend minimum of Rs 3500/- on monthly basis for education and then multiple other charges. More than 70% of our population is below poverty line and I bet these schools wanted that people above this poverty line should also come to below poverty line.
Why not Govt put these schools under TAX SLAB? These schools are just adding corruption in society more and more. I miss to understand what these schools would be providing to our kids. When schools are not honest, what we expect from others. This is a big question mark on our society. Poor show from Chief Minister Sheila Dixit and Education Minister Mr, Lovely Singh. Each year they give tall claims and each year parents are able to true story.
I guess its time for Delhi to get rid of Poor Leaders. Nobody is too keen to follow rules in Delhi and how you expect people to follow rule if Institute like Schools are not ready to follow defined rules. God where are you.
i agree i'm too against EWS... if Govt is really serious put them into govt school or central schools, bloody why the hell govt is eating into our seats..
thanks
