Dear Anand,

Could you please apprise everybody of the website from where one could lodge a complaint. I was under the impression that it is www.edudel.nic.in/mis/mismail/mailtominister.htm. I have sent numerous messages to the minister but not one of them have been attended to.

This is a good news but only if schools are implementing it . Do parents need to go to school n demand a refund by showing receipt ?

When I visited the site, the Network Shield of the Avast Antivirus blocked the malicious URL. I hope you have not been facing this thing while lodging complaints at the site!
