Why required submission of print outs/Hard copy docs - When admission applied Online:

Some time failed to understand - if our Schools those are imparting education to children are really adaptive:

When the time is of digital India, every one pushing for being online.

Parents putting their time and efforts to apply admission forms online - surprisingly even after that they are required to take print outs and go to schools - just to submit the Hard copy/Print out set at School.

Is it really an efficient system to save time and efforts - my understanding wastage of multiple resources.

Hard copy should be good to submit by the Parents those due to some limitation could not submit online.

Further what value add it will be doing, if all parent are wasting their time and effort just to submit the hard copies.

If really government guidelines are insisting to do double work i.e. online submission and hard copy submission - in my views Schools and Society should represent the authorities to bring ease in system rather than making it more complected.

Leaving open for the views of all other parents and schools.

Completely agree with you. There is no use of taking print out and submitting. But we will have to to this as many schools are asking for this

only few schools are offering this facility of online submission.all other had made it compulsory

Absolutely, but i think major reason is to avoid false documentation. Like people just make up certain document and upload on admission website so to get few extra points.

This way these school can cross check document before uploading points otherwise, same checking would be happening after admission list is announced giving enough time to arrange false documentation.

If a school can not even have a full proof system of online submission of form, what kind of education they will impart in the time. It is a time of smart classroom but schools themselves work on traditional methods.
