After above message  following message will appear

If you want to edit the choice of schools then go back to step 2, otherwise go to Step 3.

Yes Ma'am,

I click this tab on Many more time but after this its reflact this same message :

But after move & click on Step 3 it Reflact  "FIRST YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE STEP 2" 

please see in screen shot , 

but when i select one school in 0-1 km then submit & move in to step 3 then easly move on step 3, but i dont want any school in 0-1 km.

What i do now, please help & please reply..... i m waiting.......

Pls  try to login again and just press the button to skip 0-1 once . I am able to do without facing any errors

If you still face  leave message on thread for    Meenakshi Bhola  / Supriya Lohia or inbox them as they have submitted the form successfully after deleting.

i have already done log out & log in many more time from last night but this same message reflect every time  "FIRST YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE STEP 2"

Because may be we are filling form again after deletion.. first timers didnt face this issue.. Maybe

 But double chk as this problem should not come (Complaint to DOE through email as we have highlighted in media today phone helpline not of any use )

Yes When i fill form first time this Message is not appear.

but now every show me this message.

You need to contact DOE on above contact link or phone  helpline might be more helpful  after media reports and complaint sent to Education Minister  (As this software is made by DOE)

Dear Ma'am,

if dont have any solution about this problem.

should i select only one School in Step 2 (0-1 km) to move forward from step 2.

and submit the form with Further favourite School.

because i frequently login & log out again and again from last night.

before any other problem may occur to in my registration.

please reply...

The registration is open till 21 Feb , i would suggest you to wait after sending you complaint to DOE as max chances of selection are in 0-1 km.

Try calling helpline and mail to doe

It is computerized lottery so wont make any difference if you fill the firm today or after  after resolution of your query 

Rest final call is yours.
