And as per my opinion / beliefs/ perceptions..

DLDAV is better. An established school under a traditional DAV management.

The current list of selected children in schools are the ones that have scored a full 100 points. The ones picked in lucky draw will be announced by most schools on 14th / 15th Feb 2018.

You are correct, in most of the Schools', list of candidates selected/ shortlisted have higher points then others who will be considered for Draw. 

But, that list of eligible candidates for Draw will be released by all the Schools' (Wherever DOL is required) by 8th-10th Feb (some has already updated). By 15th feb.schools will release the FINAL list of selected candidates.
