DPS Vasant Kunj held draw of lots on 10th Feb in which they had chosen 36 children out of 139 children with 45 points.Our name was in one of the 36 selected children in the lottery. I was wondering if these 36 children have been granted admission and whether their name will be there in the 1st first list.

The reason I am asking is because the list of children with points which they released on 8th feb had 76 children who had points greater than 45 and the total number of available seats in general category is 98.

So I am wondering why were 36 children selected instead of 22 children(98-76) as number of available seats for 45 points is 22. Hence the concern(whether or not we have been selected).
