• One Photo Id of the parent
• Proof of Residential Address (Ration Card, Voter Id card, Passport, Aadhar Card or any latest bill(Electricity,
MTNL, or Waterbill)
• Medical fitness Certificate of child issued by a Medical Officer
• In case of Sibling applicants, School I-Card/ Fee Bill of the sibling studying in BGSIPS
• Copy of AISSCE (Class XII) Board Pass certificate/ Marks Statement of the parent(s) for claim under Alumni
Category.
Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents in original.
• Birth Certificate of the Child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority
• Aadhar Card of Parents and Child
• 4 recent color photograph of the child
• 2 color photographs of each parent
FIRST LIST OF SELECTED CANDIDATES FOR PRE-SCHOOL (2018-19) UNDER GENERAL CATEGORY
PARENTS OF SELECTED CANDIDATES ARE REQUESTED TO CONTACT SCHOOL RECEPTION FOR
TAKING APPOINTMENT FOR VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS AND ADMISSION FORMALITIES. ON
ALL WORKING DAYS FROM 16/02/18 TO 20/02/18 BETWEEN 9 A.M TO 2 P.M.

• For differently able applicants, a certificate of disability issued by a competent authority is to be submitted
