I have my friend's son in Saplings. It is an expensive school, with lot of frills. Quarterly comes to around 38k. If you want a reasonable school, you could go for the other two. The facilities, as compared to Saplings will decrease. As for stopping the cheque, just get in touch with the bank. I think there shouldn't be any "consequences".

@Nisha: Just called school they said...

"No more list as of now. Waiting till 6-7 are cleared and admissions are done...!! You can check next week ...if anyone withdraws there may be a chance then"
