Mr. Vohra, I have applied for admission of only daughter Vidushi DOB 14th June 2007 in DAV, Shrestha Vihar Delhi-92 in Pre-School. Application form no. 1850 along with attested copies of two residential proof & Birth Certificate issued by NDMC, photographs of Vidushi and her parents and an Affidavit reg. single child were submitted. But, the list of 165 candidates issued by DAV, Shrestha Vihar on 30/1/11 does not have my Vidhushi's name. Please help.

can any lawyer help me to file a legal case against Salwan Montessorie school. they have 40 points for illegal criterion as mentioned in my previous post and the fact that the min cutoff is 55 clearly indicates that everyone selected has been on the basis of these 40 points.
