Yes, you can take your child to any nearby general physician. It is an ordinary checkup and will not take more than 5 Min. You have to get the certificate in one of the page in enrollment form, no separate certificate is needed (Source: I admitted my daughter in DPS, R K Puram)

They are yet to disclose, taking 60K as initial payment to secure admission. Break-up not known.

Confirmation of Admission of the selected Candidates are subjected to the Original Documents verification and limited interaction.
Absence without written permission will lead to automatic cancellation.
School will not provide any transport facility to the students. Parents are solely responsible for their ward's safe transport to and from the school.
Bring the Original Birth Certificate and a Photocopy of the same.
Every year to meet the standard cost of establishment, the school fees may go upto 10 to 15%.
Beware of mediators/ agents, making false promises on admission. You can be cheated/ trapped.
School does not entertain such mediators / agents and will not be responsible for any such dealings. If anything of such sought happens kindly report the matter to the School Principal.
