Nursery admission 2019-2020

Can anyone confirm me whether one can fill different school forms with different address for same child? We have two houses in separate zones and have documents for both address as well. Is it legal?

No, it is illegal.

Pls see you have to give address proof.

Last year DOE Notification about Nursery Admissions.
