Now a days North Delhi MCD office is not issuing birth certificates on the mcd watermarked paper, instead they are giving the new birth certificate on plain paper, its the same which we can also download from the mcd website.

Its a simple computer printout on plain paper without any copy sequence number (it has only birth certificate number)

In this case what will be considered as an original birth certificate ? Since we can take out as many copies as we want after downloading it from the mcd website  ?
