Child's Aadhaar been asked

I have spoken to a few schools in Dwarka like Bal bharti and Delhi International School and they have asked us to submit a copy of Child's Aadhaar along with other documents with our admission application. While i told them about the HC hearing on this about Aadhaar not mandatory but it is falling on deaf ears.

What can be done in this scenario as i have enrolled my child for Aadhaar so we haven't received her Aadhaar yet but all i have is enrollment slip.

Also my husband works in private sector. Our hometown is Punjab and he is here in delhi for Job purpose. So can we claim "Inter-state Transfer case" points? If yes what sort of document he would need to submit with form application?

It is against Hon' Sc order.

No Inter-state Transfer case point allowed as per high court.

We have highlighted in media and complaint sent to Education Min by our founder Mr Sumit Vohra.We would be highlighting again with these schools and some others who are asking Children's Aadhaar card at the time of admission.

Just to inform you Delhi International School's representative called me back to inform that 'Aadhaar not mandatory' but i think Bal Bharti has Aadhaar mandatory mentioned in its guidelines.
