I believe this one is mandatory Moreover you can easily get it from corporation in case you have lost it or haven't taken yet.....They will tell you collect after 10 days but you can request for earlier as well.

Sir if the birth place was outside Delhi in that case Delhi municipal will issue new BC or not??
Can we give other state BC?

No, Delhi Municipal will not give... There is an alternative to this but Sakshi/Latha can confirm on this. Alternative is, Affidavit needs to be created with the Birth Details and District SDM needs to approve it who sits in Dwarka Sec-10 but not sure whether he will approve or not as doesn't come under his District...

B.C cannot be issued by any other authority.

Contact Deputy Dir office of you are whether Magistrate Affidavit will be accepted by schools or not.
