Is there a way to print the form. I mean is the school asking the print of the form. I cant locate the print option. I only have the Registration no of my ward.

Parents can share inputs.

I think registration no is sufficient. Rest double chk with school.

Hi Arpit, you do not need to carry a print of the form. I have just returned from the verification. they have the details with them. Just remember your application number. All the best!

Do they need proofs of both parents?
Address proof is on name of parent or child?
in form i filled passport but in verification i will show UID , do you know if they are cross checking what was mentioned in form?

Yes, they are cross checking what has been written on the form. A couple of parents wanted to show documents that weren't on the form - they had to meet someone else in the office and get confirmation on that.
