Birth certificate - Form 5

Hi the birth certificate (with name ) issued by NDMC is form 5 and is black and white in color. Do we need a colored copy or this is ok because this is what we got from NDMC after adding name to birth certificate

Colour doesn't matter. Black and white is OK.

It says it is computer generated and does not require signature and the registration number is unique. I hope that is fine mam because that is what NDMC has issued us?
