Hi Amit,

Yes, they are bound to refund your fee after making necessary deductions (primarily 1 month Tuition fee). 

Point to be noted here is,

* Have you already paid the Fees? Then school and you both are at fault because school can't confirm and ask for admission fee before the release of 1st list. 

* If booked seat under Management Quota then it is upto authorities how, when, and if at all how much to refund. 

Kindly let us know the exact scenario so that parents can share there inputs.

No, I am just asking for my knowledge. Let's suppose your child is selected in School A. You make all the payments and get him admitted in the school. Post the admission, he gets selected in School 'B' which is better than school 'A'. In such a scenario, I assume School A will deduct the tuition fees and repay the remaining amount. Please let me know if this is correct.
