I need an urgent help as I have withdrawn the admission of my daughter from dav school within 10 days after submitting the admission charges which are 50000, but now school is delaying in giving me the refund of my money which I have paid. As per the DoE guidelines, a school should refund the money within 15 days, submitted by the parents if parents cancel the admission with in a month. But now DAV is not obeying it. What should I do now. Please help.

You have two options, pls see below( 1st would be more effective)

1Meet DD Of your area and given written complaint.

Hello Sakshi,

Thanks for your help, but none of the link will work for me as I have already seen DOE website and tried to speak with the officials, but since they are having landline numbers, they do not respond to calls.

Second link is meant for filling of complaint which I have not utilized as I am afraid that if I raise a complaint over there, the school authority may get irritated and start troubling me further in giving me my refund.

Let me know what should I do? As the amount is huge (INR 50,000) and I can't take any risk for it.

As i mentioned above you need to meet personally at DD office.(Visit the office)
