need help for DPS Noida

My Daughter Nursery admission interaction date came as 23 July 2019 in DPS Noida .
And in Interaction Status its is showing that "Both the parents to accompany the child for Interaction."
But Due to Urgent Office Requirement I need to Travel to US on 20th ~ 28 July 2019 ..
i would like to know , is they consider Re-scheduling or they entertain attending single parent in Interaction ..
i tried so many calls in School Number , done 4 emails and even tried to go school but they did not allow me enter school
I dont know how to deal with this problem .. please help

In previous years, many time single parents have attended the interaction have succeeded too. You can give documentary evidence of you not being present in India( Your spouse can attend the interaction with child). Rest better visit the school and double chk with school as varies from school to school.
