DOB certificate

I had pink DOB certificate earlier at the time of my baby birth but later on I had changed my surname in the DOB certificate and registrar office had issued me online version of the DOB certificate and they told me that no signature is required from Registrar now. Will that be considered as valid proof now ?

Yes, the name of child should be printed on it and you won't have any problem.
