Hi,
What is the draft format for the affidavit-first born child that the schools in Delhi are demanding. Does it need to mention school names individually or a general one can be made, that can apply to many schools?

Get it on the 10 Rs Stamp paper
A General declaration (notary will give you format)
Do not mention school name, (it is not required)
Mention DOB of child.
Do not mention things like "First born boy or girl child" it give space of ambiguity. Just first born child
Notary Attested is ok (Until unless it is specifically mentioned to get it court attested)
