Hi,
Are both parents need to sign the registration forms of schools. In the declaration section, it's asked "I, mother/father of ___" but for the form, its not mentioned whether both parents to sign or one parent can also sign. As my husband is out of town, so I wanted to know whether I can only sign as mother.
