SCHEDULE FOR DRAW OF LOTS FOR PRE PRIMARY (KG) ADMISSION FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2020-2021

20TH JANUARY, 2020	09.30 AM 11:00 AM 02:30 PM	SIBLING WITH 65 POINTS* ALUMNI WITH 65 POINTS* GENERAL CATEGORY*

*AS PER THE LISTS PUBLISHED BY THE SCHOOL THROUGH ITS WEBSITE.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

• Only ONE of the parents (Father OR Mother) of the eligible applicant will be allowed to attend the proceedings of the ‘Draw of Lots’.
• Parents will NOT be allowed to bring their children inside the school premises.
• Parents of eligible applicants will be allowed entry only if they are carrying the Registration Slip generated at the time of Online Registration, for verification purposes.
• Entry for parents will be allowed as per the schedule given below:-
  - Between 8.30 am and 9.00 am - (For Sibling Category)
  - Between 10.00 am and 10.30 am - (For Alumni Category)
  - Between 2.15 pm and 2.30 pm - (For General Category)
• Applicants unsuccessful at the draw of lots for a specific category(Sibling or Alumni) will avail another chance at the draw of lots for the General Category.

Notice for Pre School Applicants
The draw for Pre School applicants for the session 2020-21 scoring same points,
shall be held on 20th January, 2020 at 12:00noon in the school premises. The list
of applicants scoring same points is displayed on the website & the notice board of
the school.
Instructions for parents
 To keep the transparency, the draw shall be conducted following a proper
procedure by the Committee constituted by the school.
 The interested applicants may attend the said draw as per the above
schedule.
 Entry Time for parents :11:30am – 11:50am
 The school would like to assure the parents that their ward’s name will be
included in the lottery even if they are not present for the draw.
 Since the number of candidates for the draw of lots is more, only one parent
will be allowed to witness & participate in the draw. No one other than the
parent would be allowed due to security reasons.
 It is must to carry acknowledgement slip & a photo ID card for entry in the
school for draw of lots.
 The 1st list of selected students will be displayed along with the 1st Waiting
List on 24/01/2020 on the school notice board & on school website at
8:30am.
Note: Admission is subject to submission & verification of documents at
the time of admission. Draw for applicants of general category ( having same points i.e.75) for 65 seats will be held on

20/01/2020 at 12:00 noon in the presence of Admission Committee & parents of the candidates.
