Hi Admins/fellow parents,

My ward is shortlist as below

Modern Convent School	Main list
ML Khanna, DAV	Main list
Delhi International School, sec 23	Main list
St.Thomas' School, Dwarka	First wait-list
Adarsh World School	Main list
Abhinav Global	Main list

Please suggest which would be the best option to choose. Academic, sports and Extra-curricular activities wise.

Of these definitely modern convent is better

Choose between DAV and modern convent for now. Both are average so would have tried for better. But if last options talk to parents whose ward studying in school and then decide.

St Thomas is better than DIS 23 but as you also mentioned location big issue for St. Thomas.

Please suggest between Venkateswara (Sec 10) and Maxfort which is better?

VIS (Sec10) hands down.

If you have got your ward shortlisted for VIS, then don't think much. It is a good school with Holistic approach. If going for MQ then things are different. Maxfort should be the last option if nothing else workout.

Congratulations Sir, to have a mark in several schools.

It's quite hard to strike a contrast between MCS and MLK-DAV (and I can fairly understand the confound state having both the option in pocket), they are equally well placed, you never know which among the two will outdone each other on what aspect for which academic session and parent's feedback.

I suggest MCS over MLK-DAV if sports is in contention, but grooming wise MLK-DAV instill true cultural values.

Thanks Snehil, but I was really more inclined towards Nirmal Bhartia, VIS, Basava and Bal Bharti which did not worked out. Apart for the Schools I have mentioned my ward is shortlisted in DIS Edge, New Era but because the options and as per reviews I have I am going in following order :

1. St. Thomas

2. Modern Convent

Sir, you are right, since those school were not into the contention and in Discussion topic, I didn't mention about them.

Be noted: 27th January is the last date St. Thomas is considering for the confirmed list, and by 28th January, they have invited Waiting List applicants on First Come First Serve basis. You need to be ready with required things as published by the school.
