I'm not sure what action has been taken because my both lodged grievance are still in "Under Process" status and Action Taken is empty. However, I didn't receive any such SMS for FCFS after this from any school yet.

An update: Today SGS Dwarka called on the phone and my wife received their call. They informed her that the school follows FCFS only and there shall be no 2nd list. That means D.D.E. assigned to my lodged grievance has not taken any measures.

Even though DOE website is showing my complaint as still pending but the mail which i sent to Vivekanand school, Anand Vihar with the screenshots of the complaint, the complaint no. and the "FCFS" sms sent by the school attached as proofs was enough to scare the school. Just within 20 hours of sending them the mail,  i got a phone call from the school asking me to come and complete the admission formalities. Their phone call proves my complaint even better as this was an attempt by the school to shut my mouth and hold me back by offering my child a seat in the school.
