URGENT - BBPS Rohini vs Queen Mary's Model Town Northend

Hi - could someone please share their feedback as to which school is better between BBPS Rohini and Queen Mary's Model Town Northend. Our focus is on good academics along with overall development.

Importantly, I am not sure if QM Northend has the same reputation / quality as Tis Hazari. I am aware that Queen Mary's is a girls only school but are there any other major factors which go in favor of one over the other?

Only parents with first hand exp can share pros / cons.

Only con of Queen Mary's Model Town is it  is  single gender girls school.

Co-ed is always better.

BBPS Rohini are asking for 76k (including fees for 2 quarters, transport and admission charges). I don't have details for Queen Mary.
