Salwan Montessori (rajinder Nagar) admission criteria of Parents profession profiling is as per guidelines/norm.Are parents of Admissionsnursery.com under the leadership of Sumit sir made fools

As per DOE online complaint status on complaints id 201100359, 201100362, 201100363, 201100371, filed on 01-02/02/2011 and action taken on 09-10/03/2011, the admissions criteria of salwan mont, where parents profession was given points and also points were given for social and sports achievement, have been found to be as per DOE norm/guidelines.

so, does it mean parents and members of admissionsnursery.com are fools and have misinterpreted the guidelines.

it appears that all our efforts have gone down the drain due to lackadaisical followup

i am pained by this

for me this is the end of road.....

Pls share what you all make out of this.

this is completely ridiculous.....they are lying and making fool out of parents.

if even this open evidence is not visible to them they have been heavily bribed. I would want to sue them and claim damages from the govt.

can any lawyer in the group help with the legalities of a class action suit...

Strict action has to be taken against the school. They are fooling the parents . And DOE supporting it. Even DPS Schools have removed all extra points. DOE should give explanation for their action taken against the schools in open. How come they can submit a report that criteria is as per the norms. Now Hon'ble HRD Minister should take responsiblity and get explaination from DOE and as well as from School. Medias should give support since the basic guidelines itself is not followed.

my thoughts are asunder

- at this stage no court / govt body will scrap the admission process.

- we can push for punishment to officers / recording this in their Annual records / fines etc

- can use RTI to figure out at what level was this decision taken, was the minister or his office involved i this decision

- can form a group and demand compensation for mental agony, shifting of house (in my case and i am sure in many other cases) and admission in a costlier school.

- Also in your case, demand admission to a good school ( like springdales ) in the vicinity ( citing the fear that child might be victimised in salwan)

All this will require some effort and only a group can initiate this. One or two persons will find it very diff to fight the govt.

PS : i have prepared and printed an RTI application but have not been able to deposit the same cuz i am busy trying to shift my house. will deposit it shortly. it covers all the points on my complaint and shuld bring some truth to light. Can someone staying close to Rajinder nagar/ karol bagh area please help me to deposit this RTI.

I have finally filed the RTI ( though the acknowledgement will be recd by afternoon as the concerned person to sign off on cash receipt was not present )

i am hoping that this will bring to light the flawed decision making process of the department and the parents can then ask for compensation from the govt

it is really sad to c all this. one thing that can go against the parent community is that all the complaints were registered on the day on results declaration. i personally believe something concrete could have been done if these were filed when the school first decalred the criteria (as was the case against DPS) in january.

may be we all believed we will get thru but reality only dawned sfter seeing the result.

hi,

the problem does not lies in school but in we the parents and the corrupt official. we as parents are doing as much as we can, but as we all can see that the DOE officials are working against us and in connivance with schools(definetly for some kind of consideration). it's time we move forward to tight the screws of these officials and let them not go scot free. I strongly believe that once DOE becomes honest there's nothing these schools can do.

So rather than concentrating on some particular school let's concentrate on corrupt DOE officials and force authorities take action against them.

My dear parents,

The state goverment and Doe are together, they make us fool in every area, Parents are doing several complaints against the schools, but no response is coming fron DOE as well as Education Ministry. These all school belongs to most of the minister, otherwise they take action against the school authority.

The list of complaint from parent to DOE are as follows:

1. ADMISSION ISSUE

2. FEES ISSUE (RAMJAS, FAITHACADEMY, SACHDEVA PUBLIC , ROHINI AND MANY MORE COMPLAINT FOR LAST TWO YEARS, NO REPLY FROM ANY ONE.

3. DONATION

4 ARREAR ISSUES AND MANY MORE
