Hi Sakshi,

I have enrolled for Aadhar Card for my son today since it was Mandatory requirement while filling Online form for Bal Bharti Noida, I have received Enrollment Slip today but Aadhar may take another 10-15 days. Can i mention this "Enrollment Number" while filling online form or is it mandatory to fill Aadhar number only. I doubt i might miss the bus if i keep waiting for Aadhar issuance. Can an application get rejected at first stage due to such issues ??

Please advise.

Yes you can mention "Enrollment Slip Number" as most of schools accepted it last year.

You can also tell the school it is not mandatory as per Hon' SC orders.

Moreover they can make AAdhar Card of child as optional, if they make it it Mandatory then they are doing contempt of Hon' SC.

someone in the thread mentioned its required when i previously inquired. I dint want to take any chance, hence took the risk to get my son enrolled today. Anyways, thanks you both, i will submit the form today.
