Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

They need medical fitness certificate by Pediatrician but this can be submitted during March as well. They are not looking for Immunization card but will still keep it if you will take that.

No clarity on fees refund policy. I asked in Accounts and she said that policy is not out yet for this year, but last year they have refunded complete fees. Then I asked at fees counter, he mentioned that policy is not yet told, but most probably admission fees is not refunded. I'm not sure about 23600/- they are taking for Trust as they may not consider that as fees but as charity and may not return at all.

Better to take clarity on that portion paid to Trust as well as I forgot to ask clearly about that at that time. Appreciate if you could share once you have some clarity.

BTW when do you have to go for fees submission?

Hi,

The lady in the admission department told in a very casual manner that we would be deducting 5-6K from this fees and rest would be refunded.

But I would advice everyone to be prepared to let go of atleast 23600 amount that we have to submit. Since, against this amount the Trust will provide some souvenir for 1 year, that is why GST is also being charged on 20000.

I might be wrong in this regard, please take your own call.

For Cambridge Noida, does anyone have any update regarding the refund policy, in case admission is withdrawn at later stage. The deadline for submission of fees is presently 17th Aug.

I had a casual interaction with the Lady known as Nursery Incharge in Somerville and who sits in room no 1 just next to the fee counter. In some other context she said that in Somerville we refund full fees in case of cancellation of admission. So, I would advise to talk to her as well and get clarity.

Yes that same lady in room no. 1 told me today that last year they have refunded full fees. I'm not sure if they consider that 23600/- as part of fees or charity for their trust, so whether that will be refundable or not. I have not specifically asked about that component.

20k plus 18% gst is paid for charity, im also not sure if it refundable

Can someone tell what exactly happens during School Interaction at Somerville, how much time it takes to close overall process.

Is it the fix slot for everyone or they have multiple teams to interact. Is it negative for only 1 parent to GO?
