Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

I need advice, after going through a lot of school interactions and applications process, we zeroed in on Gyanshree and were about to pay the fees when today we got an email from SNS Noida telling us that they have shortlisted us, now I prefer SNS over Gyanshree but it's 7-8 kms further away from my home as well as 1.5 times costlier along with the whole lifestyle that apparently comes with it.

Does SNS interaction call mean that it's very likely we will get selected or will they still do a lottery even after interaction?

Is SNS so much better that it is worth sending our child so far away and bearing the significant fees and other expenses?

Should we secure seat in gyanshree or wait to SNS process to get over and try again in gyanshree?

SNS> Gyanshree.

Only 55-60 seats in Shiv Nadar.

Gyanshree admissions open round the year but positive reviews.

What is Gyanshree fees and fee refund policy.

Gyanshree interaction in two stages

the teacher interaction was about a few questions with the kid and us parents. We were asked about our view of the overall development or holistic system of education. Who takes care of the child when parents go to work. What our jobs are. Our son was asked few questions like name, how old is he, who is sitting next to him, asked us to draw a shape and asked the child to fill it with colour. asked the child to bring the favourite toy.

The principal interaction took place around a week later and she asked the child about his name, what does he like to do, his favourite toys, do you go to school, she asked us why our school etc

Attaching the fees policy of Gyanshree, fee refund is all except non-refundable admission fees.

Sakshi, does SNS conduct lottery for all applications?

Shiv Nadar does DOL only for shortlisted candidates.

Not easy to get through.

The process is confusing me, if they have shortlisted us for interaction, if we do well in the interaction will we be offered admission or they will further put our application into the lottery?

Till last year interaction was done for shortlisted candidates and then DOL was done after parent's profiling.

This year too same is expected.
