NOTICE

The list of applicants for admission in Pre-School session 2021-22 along with the details of points allotted to them have been displayed on school Notice Board/School Website.  The applicants may verify the points allotted to them and they may point out mistake, if any, through email at school’s email id contact@rdpschool.edu.in latest by 12:00 pm on 08.03.2021.  The doubts raised, if any, will be resolved by the school upto 4:00 pm on 09.03.2021.

The applicants are also intimated that the draw of lot for determining the list of selected applicants in different categories will be held as per the following schedule:

 

The interested parents of the applicants may remain present during the draw of lot to ensure transparency.  It is also intimated that in order to maintain social distancing, maximum 100 nos. of parents on first come first basis will be allowed to enter the school and remain present during the draw of lot.  It is also intimated that not more than one person in respect of each applicant will be allowed.  The parents are also requested to follow the SOPs regarding COVID-19 protocol i.e. wear facemask, and carry hand sanitizer with them.

The necessary cooperation from the applicants is solicited.

ADMISSION INFORMATION
GENERAL CATEGORY
1. Candidates who have scored 80 points and above have qualified for admission
to Pre-School (Nursery).
2. Only those candidates who have scored 70 points are eligible for the draw of
lots.
3. The draw of lots will take place on Friday 19th March 2021 at 11.45 am in the
school premises.
4. Parents of eligible candidates are requested to carry the acknowledgement
receipt which has the REGISTRATION NO on it.
5. The acknowledgement receipt has to be shown at the school gate on Friday 19th
March 2021 to facilitate entry into the school premises. Entry will start at
11.15 am. KINDLY ENSURE YOU ARE IN TIME FOR THE DRAW OF
LOTS.
6. ONLY ONE representative per candidate will be allowed entry into the school
to avoid overcrowding.
7. The presence of parents of the candidates at the time of draw of lots is NOT
COMPULSORY.
8. Points have not been awarded if insufficient documents have been
submitted.
9. Points have not been awarded to candidates who reside in the areas not covered
under our school bus routes.

This is with reference to the Pre-School admission of your ward for the
session 2021-22. The draw of lots for the same will be held on 18 March
2021 at 1:00 pm at Bal Bharati Public School, Gangaram Hospital Marg, New
Delhi. Considering the current situation of COVID-19, it is requested that only
ONE parent attends the draw of lots adhering to all the necessary
precautions and guidelines.
Ensuring safety of parents and students is our topmost priority and the school
has undertaken all the necessary steps as per the government guidelines.
The school premises are disinfected and sanitized regularly, and sanitizing
machines are placed at all prominent locations. Seating arrangements on the
day of the draw of lots will be made as per the social distancing norms.
Special care is being taken to facilitate your visit to the school on the said
day.
