NOTICE

The list of applicants for admission in Pre-School session 2021-22 along with the details of points allotted to them have been displayed on school Notice Board/School Website.  The applicants may verify the points allotted to them and they may point out mistake, if any, through email at school’s email id contact@rdpschool.edu.in latest by 12:00 pm on 08.03.2021.  The doubts raised, if any, will be resolved by the school upto 4:00 pm on 09.03.2021.

The applicants are also intimated that the draw of lot for determining the list of selected applicants in different categories will be held as per the following schedule:

 

The interested parents of the applicants may remain present during the draw of lot to ensure transparency.  It is also intimated that in order to maintain social distancing, maximum 100 nos. of parents on first come first basis will be allowed to enter the school and remain present during the draw of lot.  It is also intimated that not more than one person in respect of each applicant will be allowed.  The parents are also requested to follow the SOPs regarding COVID-19 protocol i.e. wear facemask, and carry hand sanitizer with them.

The necessary cooperation from the applicants is solicited.

NOTICE FOR DRAW OF LOTS

The Draw of Lots for General Category for the candidates who scored 70 points will be
conducted on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 2.00 p.m. in the School premises.
PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED FOR DRAW OF LOTS :
 All applicants with 70 points will be sent a SMS message for participation in the
Draw of Lots.
 The parent MUST carry the acknowledgement slip OR the SMS received on
registration of the ward in registered mobile number to Participate in the draw of
lots.
 Entry will be restricted to ONE parent ONLY to maintain COVID Protocols, Please
do not bring the child along with you.
The FIRST LIST (along with the list of names drawn through the draw of lots) will be
displayed by 2.00 pm on Saturday, 20 March 2021 along with wait list.
All concerned parents are requested to participate in the Draw of Lots for general
category.

NOTICE FOR DRAW OF LOTS
The Draw of lots will be held on Thursday, 18 March 2021 at 2.30
pm sharp in the school premises.
PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED FOR DRAW OF LOTS
• All applicants with 70 points will be sent a bulk message (SMS)
for participation in draw of lots. Applicants should check the
details for DRAW of LOTS on the school website, as was
intimated earlier.
• Applicants desirous of attending the same in the school must
send an email confirming their participation at
mjkps2021@gmail.com latest by Wednesday 17 March 2021
(1.00 pm). The following information must be mentioned in the
email:
a. Name of the applicant along with the registration number.
b. Name of the Parent ,
c. Mobile no and Email Id of the Parent.
The parent MUST bring along the acknowledgement slip OR the SMS
received on registration of the ward to the registered mobile number
to participate in the draw of lots.
• Entry will be restricted to ONE parent ONLY to maintain COVID
Protocols. No child will be permitted.

The FIRST LIST (along with the list of names drawn through the draw
of lots) will be displayed by 9am on Saturday, 20 March 2021 along
with other lists. The procedure for admissions will also be
communicated.
Please note: The numbers mentioned above may vary after resolution
of queries, if any, by parents, after the display of details of applicants
as per the schedule announced for admissions.

***DISCREPANCY (IF ANY) IN LIST DISPLAYED ON 15 MARCH 2021
In case any discrepancy is noted in the list displayed on
Monday, 15th March 2021, the parent/guardian may submit
the same in writing at the school reception within 02
working days from the date of display, latest by 1:00 p.m.
on Wednesday, 17th March 2021.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DRAW OF LOTS
1. Candidates who have scored 80 points are eligible for the draw of lots.
2. The Draw of lots will start at 11.00 am on Friday, 19th March 2021 in the school
premises. Parents to reach by 10.45 am.
3. Only One (01) parent per candidate will be allowed entry into the school to
avoid overcrowding.
4. Parent of eligible candidates for draw of lots are requested to carry the
acknowledgement receipt with the registration number on it. The
acknowledgement receipt has to be shown at the school gate to facilitate entry
into the school premises.
5. All parents to arrive at school wearing a face cover/mask and continue wearing
it all through out and should carry own hand sanitizer.
6. Simple Temperature / Health screening of parent will be carried out at the
school gate.
7. Parents are requested to observe physical / social distancing norms at all
