General Category
Candidates selected in the First list are required to complete the admission related
formalities, which include verification of documents and payment of fee through Pay
order in favour of ‘Birla Vidya Niketan’
Date -From Monday 22nd March 2021 to Wednesday 24th March 2021 ONLY
Time: - 10:00 a.m to 12:00 noon
Note: -Admission not taken during the above mentioned schedule will automatically stand
cancelled.
Self Attested Documents (by both parents) to be submitted.
1. Duly signed Online Registration form for Nursery.
2. A photocopy of the Report Card for the Academic Session 2019-2020 or fee receipt of March 2021,
issued by the school in case of sibling.
3. A photocopy of Passing Certificate of AISSCE (class XII) issued by CBSE with Scholar No. in case of
Alumni
4. Photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate of the child.
5. Photocopy of Proof of Residence (Ration card/ Passport/ Election ID/Telephone Bill/Electricity
Bill/Aadhar Card Only)
6. Medical certificate of the child which include the following:-
a. Photocopy of Immunization Record
b. Fitness Certificate
7. One passport size family photograph comprising of mother, father, the selected child and his/ her
real brother and sister (if any).
8.Passport size photograph of the selected child.
9.Both parents I-Cards (Election Card/Aadhar Card). Particulars should match details filled in the
registration and admission forms.
10.Cancelled copy of cheque (child/parent)

List of selected candidates (General Category) for Nursery Admission
2021-22 is put up on the school notice board and on the school website.
Total Seats (under General Category) - 110
List of selected candidates:
Securing100 points (Sibling, Alumni & Distance) - 01
Securing 80 points (Alumni& Distance) - 10
Securing 70 points (Sibling & Distance) - 44
Securing 50 points (Draw of lots) - 55
Total selected candidates - 110
Parents are requested to deposit the fee along with relevant documents
by 26th March, 2021 by 1.00 p.m. positively, failing which the applicant
shall lose his/her right to admission.
Parents will be required to submit a hard-copy of the online registration
form along with self attested copy of required documents. They should
also bring the original documents for verification. The admission will be
confirmed only if the authenticity of the documents is proved after
verification.
Fee (Rs. 23,800/-) will be accepted by Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s
cheque only in favour of “Gyan Bharati School”. For further details, the
Accounts Department of the school may be contacted.
School is not liable to provide transport facility to the children joining the
school. The existing bus services subject to availability of seats, can be
availed by parents.
Documents to be submitted at the time of admission along with the
hard copy of the online Registration form:
1. Birth Certificate bearing the name of the child and the parents, issued
by the Municipal Corporation. (In original)
2. Medical certificate of good health of the child from a registered doctor
(In original)
3. One passport size photograph of the child.
4. Self attested copy of proof of residential address (any one of the
following):
a) Ration card issued in the name of parents (father/mother) including
the name of child
b) Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
c) Latest Voter ID of any of the parents.
d) Aadhaar card issued in the name of any of the parents or the child.
e) Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name
of any of the parents.
Please note: School will also verify the residential address
through home visits
5. In case of Alumni (Father/Mother having passed class 12th from Gyan
Bharati School): Self attested copy of Class XII CBSE Certificate.
6. In case of Sibling applicants (Only if one sibling- real brother or sister
is studying in Gyan Bharati School): Admission No. and latest fee bill
issued by the school. (Self attested copy).
7. In case of Social Category being SC/ST/OBC relevant certificate
should be provided
Please note: In case of Incomplete form, Incorrect/False information,
Incomplete/ False documents, the application is liable to be rejected
and admission will stand cancelled even if selected as per points or
draw of lots.

Important Information
March 20, 2021
1. Parents of provisionally selected applicants have to report for verification of
documents on Saturday, March 20 or Monday, March 22, 2021 between 9.00
a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
2. The parents are requested to bring the following documents in Original for
verification.
a) Date of Birth Certificate of the child (original) in multiple copies issued by
MCD/Local Body.
b) Proof of Residence: Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents
(Mother/Father having name of child)/ Aadhar Card /Voter I-card/ Domicile
Certificate/Electricity bill/Water bill/ MTNL bill/Passport in the name of any of
the parents.
c) Medical fitness certificate for the child from a registered medical practitioner.
3. For-Alumni category -Proof of Alumni(only Class X or XII certificate)
4. For Sibling category -Proof of Sibling (Photocopy of the last Report card/I-Card)
5. For Sikh minority category- Certificate issued for the child, by Delhi Sikh
Gurudwara Management Committee, Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Sahib, New Delhi only.
3. At the time of Admission Parents need to carry the following:
a)Two passport size photographs of the applicant.
b)Passport size photo of the father, mother and guardian (if any) for I.card.
c) Joint photograph of the child with both the parents (5 x 6 cm).
Admission is subject to the verification of documents and payment of fee.
