Originals of documents to be presented for verification at admission:

Birth Certificate of the Child with child’s name (MCD, NDMC, Panchayat Etc.).
Baptism Certificate & letter from the Parish Priest / Pastor of a recognized Church Denomination.
Proof of Residence (Any one of the following documents): Ration card / Smart Card issued in the name of the parents (Mother/Father having name of child). Domicile Certificate of Child or his parents. Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents. Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child. Aadhaar Card / UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents.

(Rent Deed will not be considered as proof of residence.)

Proof of Sibling (School Identity Card of 2020-21)
Proof of Alumni (DBA Alumni Identity Card & CBSE Certificate of Class X & XII )

Kindly bring the following:

One Passport Size Photograph of the Child and one Passport Size Photograph of the Father & Mother
One good quality Family photograph (father, mother and child/children in one photo)
Aadhaar Card copy of the Child, Father & Mother
Both the parents must come along with child at the time of Admission.
The Admission Form has to be signed by both the parents
If any child does not come for admission on the given date (without a valid reason communicated), then the child’s admission will not be considered later.
