Actually Birla might still do a draw
There are
- 4 applicants at 100 points
- 61 applicants at 90 points
- 24 applicants at 80 points
that fills up 89 seats out of a total of 154 seats
so, we might see a draw for remaining 65 seats out of a total of ~2400 applicants. question is when ?
(the counts you mentioned in the note above, may have resulted from a pdf search and seem to include the occurrences in the first column of Reg No. as well - one has to exclude them and only use the last column of Total Points to get the correct count)

LPS hasn't posted the DOL result on website as well. I see below note on the site:

Note:

The draw of lots was held on Wednesday, 02^nd February 2022.

The First List & Waiting List will be available in the school website on Friday, 04^th February 2022
