hmm... quite likely !

looking at Mothers International applicants' points list

total seats = 60

== 39 seats expected to be filled by sibling/alumni with points >= 55

==  Draw would likely have happened for remaining 21 seats amongst a very limited set of 59 applicants (all at 50 points) only

so if you stay extremely close to Mothers i,e. in zone-1 as per their list around IIT area, and have a girl child, then you would have 50 points and be eligible for draw

anyone staying in zones-2,3,4,5 , having points less than 50 would not even have been considered for the draw :-(

That sounds about right from the numbers we know went up for the DoL.
